Imagine how your life would change if you were emotionally ready to acknowledge and integrate all the facets of your feelings. … if you admit that you alone are responsible for the joy and harmony in your life. … if you allow yourself to experience your life curiously, spontaneously, playfully and lively. How would you feel with the thought of cultivating respectful and loving relationships a nd also creating your life consciously in a way you deeply wish for.

To an immense degree our life is represented by the imprint of our childhood. Your inner child is more than just a metaphor – it is an active contributor to your life: consciously, when you are reminded by positive childhood experiences through your spontaneity, enthusiasm, amazement and childlike curiosity. According to unfulfilled desires and needs in your childhood the longing for unconditional love and acceptance is shining through how you – your inner child – is reacting to situations, how you experience life in general.

The awareness practises Breathwork (connected breathing), meditation and yoga (no previous experience necessary) will allow you to go on a beautiful soul voyage of discovery. The breath itself is pure consciousness! It is the bridge between the body and the unconscious and allows us to connect with our body memory and hidden traumas.

On the one hand we want to shine a light on the positive experiences of your childhood and use it as a resource. On the other hand we will consciously give ourselves the appreciation, awareness and care, which might have not been satisfied in your childhood years. We will try to integrate and solve conscious and unconscious development trauma. Acknowledgment is key. And maybe even forgiveness can follow. We want to witness our inner child and support it on its healing journey.

To take part in the course it is required that the individual is emotionally grounded, have integrity and self responsibility. The course is not psychotherapeutically conducted, but we’ll guide and support sensitively and versed. 

The course will be held in English. When registering please inform us if you don’t speak German.

During the week there will be time to relax, to explore nature, to go deep within your Self, to breathe deeply, to move your body, to calm the mind, to re-connect with your deepest wishes, to stay in the presence of your pure consciousness, to eat wonderfully prepared vegetarian food. 


The AlpenRetreat is a beautiful 500 year old house situated in the middle of the impressive mountain panorama of the Austrian Alps. Enjoy the unique, familiar atmosphere in the house, which especially supports you in deepening your practice and relaxing.

On this week we want to relax, uncover unconscious thought constructs, move the body, lift the spirit and simply be relaxing. The healing natural landscape of the Tyrolean Alps and the powerful atmosphere of the winter days are perfect to take a walk on Saturday afternoon, depending on the weather.

Feel your rhythm on these days and allow yourself to be conscious. The traditional stube with its large tiled stove, the small sauna house and the therapeutic massage invite you to regenerate yourself while enjoying the programme.

The sumptuous breakfast buffet, delicious vegetarian meals, coffee and tea as well as all activities listed in the program are included in the price.

Breathwork will be guided on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
On Wednesday and Saturday we practice together a breath-focused Yoga-class.
